Megha Believes in Giving Back
Megha is very active in the Chicago community and believes in giving back. As a Nepalese American, who migrated from Nepal for her higher education, she is passionate about causes that impact her community. As a result, she has provided strategic PR counseling and has given her time and resources to organizations such as the Indo-American Democratic Organization (IADO), Association of Nepalese Midwest Americans.
She currently sits as an associate board member for the Chinese Mutual Aid Association, a pan-Asian American organization in the Uptown neighborhood. She also chairs the PR and Media Committee for the largest Asian-American gala in the Midwest, organized by the Asian American Coalition of Chicago.
As a culinary enthusiast and a thought leader, Megha frequently participates in panel discussions in Chicago. She had the privilege of appearing on the Emmy award-winning restaurant review show Check, Please! Megha currently lives in the north side of Chicago. She enjoys traveling, watching documentaries, gastronomy, frequenting museums, and going for walks with her fiancé, David.
